We are currently looking for a proactive and resourceful HR Generalist Makati City (National Capital Reg) Responsibilities: 1. Screen and conduct preliminary interviews 2. Background investigation/ reference checks on final, shortlisted candidates 3. Conduct company orientation to new hires 4. Collect, verify and file all the necessary pre-employment documents 5. Lead the day-to-day, continuous HR and staffing operations 6. Plan and lead HR programs and policies 7. Prepare, monitor and improve hiring and recruitment efforts 8. Ensure compliance of the team to all organizational policies, procedures, programs, and applicable law requirements. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's/College Degree/MA in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Psychology or equivalent 2. Background in Employee Relations (company activities, labor laws, corrective action procedures) 3. At least two (2) years work experience  4. Knowledge of Topgrading Philosophy and Behavioral Description Interviewing Technique a definite and strong advantage 5. Knowledge of Training and Development 6. Above average interviewing skills 7. Keen attention to details 8. Good communication and interpersonal skills 9. Good written and spoken English communication skills 10. Multi-tasking skills 11. Proactive 12.
