Listen attentively to clients, do probing in order to identify the customer's problem and lastly provide the best solution possible in order to settle dispute or technical problems. Requirements: Candidate must have at least completed 2nd yr College/2-yr Vocational Course, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree. Any field! Average to Excellent communicaiton skills. Has basic knowledge of computer operations and internet connections. Required language(s): English Applicants must be willing to start ASAP!
