Responsible in taking calls, provide customer service and engages one's self in a professional friendly conversation. Listen attentively to clients, do probing in order to identify the customer's problem and lastly provide the best solution possible in order to settle dispute or account problems.
Requirements:
- At least finished 2 years in college.
- Should be at least 18 years old, Filipino Citizen or held relevant status.
- Willing to work in Makati.
