2. Plans, designs, and implements minor projects to improve facilities (kitchen, swimming pools, walk-in freezers, etc.) and equipment (golf carts, shuttle transports, etc.) efficiency or reduce other operating and maintenance costs
3. Plans, designs, and implements major building projects to upgrade facilities and other structures of the Club
4. Plans and implements a preventive maintenance system to try and achieve Zero defects for all equipment in the Club
5. Performs energy and utility management and finds ways to costs manage
6. Maintains facilities and equipment stated by conducting inspections on a regular basis to determine the need and extent of service, equipment required, type of operation, and maintenance personnel needed
7. Liaises with suppliers and contractors to obtain correct supplies and to ensure proper implementation of contracts.
