Responsible in taking inbound or outbound calls, provide customer service to clients. Engages one's self in a professionally friendly conversation in order to build rapport. Listen attentively to clients, do probing in order to identify the customer's problem and lastly provide the best solution possible in order to settle dispute or technical problems.
Requirements:
- At least finished 2 years in college.
- Should be at least 18 years old, Filipino Citizen or held relevant status.
- Willing to work in Makati.
- Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
