Call Center Department Manager (Outbound)

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and meet a series of KPIs and SLAs in the realm of outbound B2B telephone based research. 
  • Drive and inspire outstanding performance amongst our front line staff. 
  • Develop young team members into effective, wise and driven professionals
  • Establish and strengthen the sales department of the company including training
  • Create strategies to increase bulk sales 
  • Take ownership of problems, make decisions and resolve customer or client  issues.
  • Measure and monitor staff performance and staff turnover and implement procedures to manage improvements
  • Review and implement call center policies and procedures
  • Conduct QA on the performance of agents

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of Management experience in the Call Center/BPO industry
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Has experience in training agents for competence and excellence
  • Has experience in building and strengthening a department/team
  • Has a strong background on lead generation, telemarketing and B2B communications
