RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist customers regarding technicalities of mobile phones.
  • Provide client support and technical issue resolution
  • Configure/navigate customers' mobile handset (Smartphones)
  • Configure software to connect to Internet application servers
  • Promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other
  • electronic communications
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5'4" with pleasing personality.
  • Advance knowledge with High-end mobile phones (iPhone 4S, Android Phones)
  • Candidates must be excellent in navigating computer systems
  • Candidates must have an extensive background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
