Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized customer service of the highest level 2. Ability to understand, capture as well as interpret basic customer information 3. Assist on the phone regarding their questions.

- handle and resolve customer complaints
- provide customers with product and service information
- enter customer information
- process orders, forms and applications

Requirements:
- Candidate must have completed at least two (2) years in college, or possess at least a Vocational Diploma , Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
